CUSTOMS DECLARATION

Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and which do not go to Opulent Jewelers.
